Consultations give you a chance to learn about the services offered and provide families access to speak with a therapist before committing to regular therapy sessions.
Direct therapy sessions - $130.00/hour (Humboldt) $135.00/hour at the Wadena Office
Off-site travel fee - $60.00
This includes attending meetings at school, with other agencies, or providing therapy services outside the clinic spaces in Wadena or Humboldt.
Online therapy session - $70.00/30-minute session
S-LP Diagnostic Assessment - $130.00/hour
Clinical Documentation - $130.00/hour
This includes written diagnostic reports, team meetings, therapy plans, progress notes, letters of recommendation, and any other clinical documentation, as requested. The fee will be established prior to work being completed, based on the time commitment required.
